I loved the cover. It was what made me want to check out the synopsis. The backstory of the whole haunting incident was alright, albeit a little cliche but still alright.I think I'm just a little disappointed by how un-creepy I found this book to be, given that it's about dolls (I find dolls, especially the porcelain kind extremely freaky. It's like they have the potential to come alive at night and murder you or something). Anyhow, I was expecting much more of the "I'm-always-watching-you" creepiness from Kasey's dolls, but that never happened. The characters were pretty much fine, but too much talk on how Alexis is into photography (film, not digital mind you, because digital would be a huge taboo to real photographers.) kinda makes her sound a little pretentious. That being said, it was still a really good read.
